2. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are made through our website using SuperSaaS.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a course may be refundable.
• Cancellations within 7 days may be non-refundable.
• If we cancel a course, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Course Attendance

• Learners must arrive on time and participate fully.
• We reserve the right to refuse certification if assessment criteria are not met.

5. Certification

• Certificates will be issued electronically upon successful completion of a course.
• Requalification dates are recorded in our Course Management System.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for personal belongings brought to training venues.
• We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of the website or third‑party services.

7. Use of Website

Users must not engage in unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with website functionality.

• Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Netlify, SuperSaaS, Stripe, and Web3Forms process data under their own Privacy Policies.
