This information is retained for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years in keeping with FAIB’s (First Aid Industry Body) requirements.

B. Booking Information (via SuperSaaS)

When you book a course through our online booking system (SuperSaaS), we may collect:

  • Booking details (course type, date, and venue)

C. Payment Information (via Stripe)

When making a payment for a course or service, we collect necessary billing details such as your name, email address and billing information. Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe. Pulse Training Services does not store or have access to your full card details.
