Our Membership with FAIB

Pulse Training Services is a proud member of the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). FAIB was created in 2012 and is led by Ian Kershaw MBE, former Head of First Aid at the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

FAIB works closely with first aid training organisations across the UK to maintain strong standards within the industry. Being an approved and regulated FAIB member means the training we provide is trusted, recognised, and aligned with national requirements.

Our Founder

Dr. Sophie Griffiths

Sophie has spent several years working as a doctor within the NHS, across a wide range of healthcare settings, from busy A&E departments to hospital wards and community care. This experience highlighted how important first aid education is in creating safer working environments and communities.

Through Pulse Training Services, Sophie brings her real-world experience into training that is designed to give you the confidence to act when it matters most.
